Struggling with last few in SW corner:

41a "Italian let in to break the ice" (10)

?L?R?N?IO?E Looks like it should be FLORENTINE for the Italian, but if so can't see where breaking the ice comes in, unless it relates to florentine in its biscuit / cake meaning?
47d "Prime fodder keeping colour up" (6)
?E?D??
57a "Maybe oral fluency? Ultimately likely to lose it" (5)
T?S??
50d "Nickel removed from from salt for stock" (5)

Looks like it could be TRITE for stock, but not sure of parsing.

Any help much appreciated

57 Testy, likely to lose it, bad-tempered. Oral = Test and Y is from 'ultimately likely', ie last letter of 'likely'.

50 Nitrite would be salt - take off the Ni, nickel.

Just one small correction Malone ...
The ‘y’ is from ‘fluency’ , leaving ‘likely to lose it’ in full as the overall definition

Youngbaz, thanks - that's better. I don't always parse for myself and I don't always take enough time when I do it in response to queries!

Comment is probably more suited to Pedants United but by my way of looking at maps, you have been having problems in the SE corner.
