Actually 3 clues in this puzzle start with "one's assistant".....haven't got the other 2 yet either!

Scarlett, the 'One's assistant' had me wondering if there was a clue at 1 A or 1 D that was relevant - so I just ignored it! I have no idea who Lapointe is - or was - but it seemed a logical answer.
