"Bet revolving around husband's love." Answer ZILCH (= love, zero), but what about the rest?

I think it's using 'Bet' as short for the name 'Betty' which is also often used as 'Liz' - So...

Bet = LIZ revolving = ZIL + Around = C(irca) + H(usband)
