Hi all.

In Paris I got lost, hurt elbow (6). -O-T-E.

All I'm seeing is 'jostle' (JE and LOST) but surely that doesn't make sense??

Je is french for I. So anagram of lost and Je.

Thanks Pauline but that's not what I meant to say. You can jostle/elbow someone but where does 'hurt' come into it?

I imagine 'hurt' is the anagram indicator (hurt = damage, mar, spoil). Don't particularly like the clue!

je I Anag lost making the word itself hurt as opposed to mended... to jostle is to elbow..???
