I can only think of mash

Mash is a word for 'to cream potatoes' .

No eels for me either, yuk! But the pie, mash and liquor is quite nice - now and again:-)

I understand the original 'liquor' was made using the water from stewed eels, and parsley made it green. I think it can now be just a seasoned parsley sauce. Either way, not for me :-)
