13d: Manchester-based players intent on scoring. (5,9).
The answer seems to be Dance Orchestra, but cannot parse. Certain amount is anagram from "Manchester", but stuck there. Can anyone help?

I think the Halle Orchestra are based in Manchester, those are (instrument) players, intent on (musical) scoring?

...'stalked around province' leads to NI going inside Chased.
