Brendan — sympathies. Several years ago there was a sewer in my road that used to explode whenever it rained. 15d is a fairly new word for when a person or animal manages to spoil a snapshot by suddenly appearing as the camera is taking an image

Don’t know it. I imagine the second part is an explosive device. But no idea what the first part is. So answer please? Even if you want to use a different entry.
