7 Old Mp's the definition. Anagram (reformed) 'Claim he' and add Foot, pay.

20 Fl is an abbreviation for 'flourished', I've just checked Chambers. 'Side' gives Party, and that's upwards (turned up) so becomes Ytrap. Fl + ytrap, Flytrap, plant.

Yes personally, boyfriend in bits = boy + friend,
Per (a) + son (boy) + ally (friend)
