Trying to do this on my iPad but keyboard layout seems to have changed & now blocks a lot of the grid! Anyone else having this problem?

No problem with grid on ipad here. I did 27931 earlier today

What model iPad is yours ? Mine is 3 years old so possibly there could be a problem with newer models.

Mine is about 6 years old. Problem only started yesterday. Keyboard is now split in 2 halves & is halfway up screen. I can still do the puzzle but it is no way near as user- friendly & takes twice as long -grrrr!

See if this works, Myla :

tap on Settings, tap on General, tap on Keyboard, and then switch the Split Keyboard to off. You should see the keyboard go right back to the way it was originally. There's another way to turn the split keyboard off. You can simply hold down the keyboard button down for a couple of seconds

Tap and hold on the vertical Edit handle in the middle of the screen. Drag left or right to the edge of the screen to close the app in the direction you're dragging. To close both Split View panes at once, double press the Home button. Swipe up on the window that has the Split View panes in it.8 Feb 2019

Actually in Turkey just now so don't want to start messing about with things too much just in case I muck up what I've got but will try next week when I'm back in UK. Anyway, thanks for all your help👍
