Struggling with the end-game.

Can't make any sense of the misprints and their counterparts - are they in anagram form?

Do the words "caballero" and "fatherland" appear in the perimeter?

Hi bobbycollins, "ignoring" the perimeter look up the SW => NE diagonal.

Perimeter now sorted thanks to ginge. I assume that the misprints and their counterparts are anagrams of actors' names? My life's too short for that bit.

Hi again bobbycollins, glad you've got the perimeter sorted. The others are character forenames from the series of the same name (diagonal), (4), (7), (6)
unusual as a name & (2, initials) respectively.
I don't have the puzzle in front of me or ever watched an episode so the above is from memory pre recycling.

Mrs bobbycollins & self gave it two episodes and decided that it wasn't our cup of tea. The perimeter lasses are much more to our taste, although with a couple of exceptions we prefer edited highlights for most of the stuff.
