Hi s pugh. I've completed but don't understand the instruction after much grid staring . Could you give a nudge as to how to interpret the last word please?

All done apart from the fourth thematic item. If one opts for the textual solution, which I assume means un-jumbling the thematic items, the grid would consist mostly of non-words. Is that what is required?
