3.) SPLITTER (This one has a remaining word of "Liter")

2. Masterly, mastery, master, maser, mase, mas, as, a?

mas as plural of ma?

ginge has a better way to get there

While not asked for, surely 3 could be reduced to I as lite appears in most decent dictionaries now (it's in Chambers).

3. was right now its just the other two. Masterly and Scampi.

On Scampi, I got Amp instead of Cam does it make a difference or is one of those not a common word?

On Masterly, Mater doesnt seem to be an english word, its a british term so I dont know if that would work. Maser would work but I cant find a definition for Mase.

mase is in Chambers under maser.
Cam and mater are in Chambers too.

mater can also mean a membrane of the brain.
