4 An odd word, with the hyphen so early. The 'Tom' is a woman of low virtue, with the usual abbreviation for Charlie inside.

'Athletic' gives the first letter. The Samoan rhino is money, currency, and 'always' is the usual short word (climbing = going up/reversed).. The definition is 'watchtower'.
