Don't tell me: you've finished it!

I have finished it.
I send it out so I have a slight time advantage.
I had solved about half of the clues when I sent it to syzygy.

It looks tough but it isn't.
On my second try, I got the right quadrants.

I did not like clues at 2c and 3b.

I have no idea about 'sister' in 4c but the answer is easy to figure out.

Not as hard as it at first appears. I can't fully parse c in Q2. Also, I don't get the RuPaul reference in c, Q4, but I don't want to. Most enjoyable. Thanks.

Aristo, I stumbled on Q2c, as I originally had 'hole' instead of 'hose'

Being anal I probably spent longer trying to parse 4c than the rest of the puzzle and not being previously aware of either act (and no wish to get better acquainted) I'm assuming it's the answer as the forename of a "similar" act with surname Rouge (if so, again ta Google). I did like 2 e & f*, 3 d & 4 a.

I gathered that, Sunray. No worries. I don't send it in.

I agree about the clues you both mentioned. A bit iffy.

Had a bit of trouble at first because I had Q1 rotated 90 degrees.

Good workout though.
