A few I can’t parse. SPOILER: contains answers.

3D has a taste of course in Leon: pimentos without stuffing. (4). I have SIPS but can’t see the parsing.

12a. Ditches; gets ready for new partner. (4). Ruts?

21a. Seed-spiller gets back to back in a trice. (10). Nanosecond. Don’t understand seed-spiller.

Thanks.

3 There was an accent in Leon - Si means of course in Leon (Spain) + P (imento)S, without stuffing.

Seed-spiller is a little risqué - look up the first part, reversed, of the answer!

Naughty Onan! I’d never heard of him. Thanks brendan, Malone and Elle. Any ideas on ruts?

Ruts is a double defiinition, as Brendan has posted; ditches; what a deer does to get a new 'partner'

12a: As Brendan said, "ruts" is a double definition, meaning both "ditches " and "getting ready for new partner"
