12 Throttle, motor control. Trot, gait, with H, hard and 'let' anagrammed (loose) inside.

13 Bewildered, perplexed. Wilde = Bosie's lover, Bred, had children and the E from the end of Bosie (ultimately).

9 Pedicure, grooming? That has C, caught, inside ('in') Pure, innocent, but I don't know about the Edi!
