Hi, sorry Paul, I think I've screwed up again -

Model and Van age given in Chambers CC as synonymical for lead, but I didn't check properly and you'ld need a crowbar and some TNT to get them out of their dictionary!

Van = vanguard (Shakespearean)

#21 Eisenhower and Monty's = LEADERS
joint = HIP
command - def,

Actually I will now tidy that up into
