Obscenities - contains cities and obs? But... little space?
19d Ringing caught long- tailed monkey without ring.
Clangour? But why?
37d Audacity of revolutionary English movement out of India
Cheekiness? But why?

An "en" is a space in printing.

19, "c" for caught. "Langur" is a monkey. Ring is "o".

37 Revolutionary is "Che" Guevara. Movement is "kinesis".
"E" for English. Remove "I" for India.

37 Che (Guevara) is the revolutionary, E is English + add Kinesis, movement (out of India = drop the I, so kiness) Che e kiness. Phew!
