Tried this one and struggling with one parsing. 10a. Green light in spare room.
We have clearance = green light. Wondered if spare meant clean? Can’t get any further. Grateful for any help.

Yes, Philm, as in if you were fitting, say, a dish washer into a kitchen unit, you would need "clearance/spare room" for the washer to fit into the unit properly.
