What a lot of unclued lights!

45% of the puzzle by my count.

How much is too much?

Today's puzzle is definitely an example of too much - and not even 'too much of a good thing', just too much!

I agree.

Particularly as a few of them were obscure.

Indeed DJA - 18 was painful!

Also the unclued thematic entries were treated inconsistently - some more partial than others - if I may put it that way, not wishing to give out spoilers.

Caused an arched eyebrow here.

Way too much unclued and obscure. Thank goodness for google etc and even that was a bore!

While we're here can anyone help me with my last conductor ?ASU?

I just worked my way through Wiki, Farr - halfway through the alphabet is a good start....
