50a ring about gunmen casing home, blow it! Help with parsing please. We have ocarina and think in = home,but then get stuck!
Also, have forequarters for 13d on radio, what makes one stud’s leading part. Leading part = forequarters? But stuck with parsing. Grateful for any help.

ra = gunmen (royal artillery)
in = home
ca = about

Ocarina
o - ring
ca - (circa) - about
RA (Royal artillery) gunmen
in - home

Forequarters - stud (horse)'s leading part
sounds like (on radio) four quarters - makes one
