Has anyone finished this? I have finished but I don’t get the six letter word that links the eight clues that have no definition.

I think the linking word is "flying". What do you have for 15a ?
"FT on airline hoarding source of oil" I have ?o?t. Is it simply "font"? It could be "boat" as in flying boat. I hope you can help.

The F in 15 ac is an “extra” as is the Lying in 25ac. Combined they make Flying.

15ac is then T on airline (BA) hoarding source of oil (O) making B(O)A+T. Boat can also be preceded by “flying”.

I forgot about the extra elements! Well done.
