Trying to work these out:-
2 Across - "Expect to get deep sound"(7) F-R-S-E (FORESEE I imagine)
9 Down:- "Metal dagger - a model's cut resisting (9 - two words)
H-S-I -E-O (probably HOSTILE TO and looking like STILETTO
with one of its T's missing + HO. Where does HO come into it?
14 Down - "A metal's around, one hears (3) E-R (EAR I should think)
18 Down - "Something one isn't told opening a case" (5) E-E-T
