Could you please explain the answer to 16 ac Fingerbowl ? I get the fowl but not the rest of it.
16 ac Restaurant offering overeater chicken? Heads will roll.(10)
? I ? G ? R ? O ? L

Binger, overeater + Fowl, chicken. The heads, first letters, swap - Finger Bowl.

Glad I could help - and it took me a little while to work it out!

I was stumped by this one too, although I had guessed at "binger" being part of it.
I suppose a more "traditional" way of cluing it would be to reference it as a Spoonerism, along the lines of "Spooner's overeater chicken? Restaurant offering."

I thought the 'heads will roll', leading to swapping the first letters of the two words, was better than the usual Spooner indicators. It seemed more original.
