I've solved the anagram but where does the seen but not heard come into it?

Rossim, the clue is from the latest Rainbow Quiz, that wonderful charity puzzle. There's always a theme - this time the answers have letters that are 'seen but not heard'. The closing date for the puzzle is 31st May.

I have an answer of (5,5), not (6) as in OP, but I can't say they are "seen but not heard"?
I could be on the wrong track, though.

Yes, Rusty, it was a ghost (another silent letter!) anagram in reverse. I think that's the best way of explaining it.
