Hi elle, your first post (nice spot) wasn't there when I started "typing".
Even by my standards I've just "come off" a bender and two thirds (it was definitely more than and a half) but otherwise same old(er) ...
I had a shufti at the "recent" posts on the PC thread to see what's new with you before posting and sorry to read about your plumbing/ceiling woes but pleased to see your first response was no-one nor any pets were injured. Cheers for the moment.

Yes, we were very fortunate to avoid injury.
About the "bender"...... I am unsure whether to recommend " a hair of the dog" or an alkaseltzer!
