The clue: In a way groovy chaps (8). I have a answer of SHIPMENT (hip men in ST) but I cannot see how the clue itself gives shipment!

Hi,

Agree with you - 'shipment' is right but the clue describes rather than defines the answer. An inelegant construction, I think.

'hip' is 'groovy', 'men' is 'chaps'

Is there a misprint in your copy? Is 22 not included at the end of the clue ?

Hi, I got my clue from times online. 22 does not appear in the clue there. But cargo fits the bill nicely. Thanks one and all.
