Hello - I have filled in the grid and am pretty sure of the following but I have had difficulty parsing them, can anyone shed some light?
22a Serious crime providing a dodgy dealer's proceeds (7,7) ?a?i?a?, o?f?n?e
Looks like capital offense, but I don't see the dodgy dealer's proceeds bit.
4d In lift, hide American redhead. (5) r?f?s looks like Rufus. I see Rufus is a synonym of redhead, don't see the "in lift" bit.
12d Pirate in combat announced attack (11) - c?u?t?r?e?t in a separate thread see counterfeit as the solution, Synonym for pirate, I don't see the "in combat announced attack" part.
15d His new right to keep name gets man over the line (9) s?i?o?n?r looks like shipowner - his new = shi, pow n er = right to keep name, but I don't see the "gets man over the line" part
23d fear the sound of a blade (3) a?e I am presuming it is "awe". I have racked my brains to think of a synonym of blade that this sounds like but to no avail. I am Irish so maybe my pronunciation is getting in the way.
Sorry for the monumental post, please put me out of my misery.

4d Looks like 'Hide' = FUR (Reversed/In Lift) + US

23d I think you're right, it's a synonym of OAR or Rower's blade.

22. Dodgy dealer is Fence, dodgy dealer's is Of Fence, Offence. Proceeds = profits, capital.

4 Hide = fur, In lift = reverse it, put it upwards (it's a Down clue) so Ruf and add US, American.

capital offence
capital = proceeds, fence - dodgy dealer

rufus
lift (turn round) fur (hide) then us

23 The Oar/Awe sounding similar caused a fair bit of discussion on the Forum. Some (including me!) didn't like it, others said the pronunciation was the same for them.

12d The first part is 'Combat' = COUNTER and I assume FEIT is a synonym for a word meaning 'Attack', FIT I think.

Apologies CCR, I've been saying synonym when I meant homophone.

15d The 'Line' refers to 'Shipping Line' and the 'Man over' refers to the 'Man in charge or owner' - I think!
