Personal Chatty Threads - I have scrolled and read some of this thread. I thought if it were possible to have a 'tick (thumbs up or a thumbs down) box, people could show they liked the comments made without a long screed. It is nice to show appreciation quickly that way. of course, there are other 'icons' such as :) or :{ etc,

Morning, LisaBeeza. I don't see the need for thumbs up or thumbs down ticks on the PCT. It takes only seconds to type. 'Good point' or 'I agree'. I don't think I've ever wanted to put 'I don't like that' in response to a comment. If there's something I disagree with, I'd say so - and say why. It seems rather rude to use the 'I don't like that' option on its own.

I look at the PCT from time to time and it seems to be just friendly conversation. I see no need for any thumbs.
The only place I ever use them is on You Tube.

I agree with Malone and Rossim. If one wants to disagree or show dislike, one should say why, for the benefit of the poster.
