Hi This is the last clue -- Ive had to have recourse to all sorts of help ,electronic , paper, brain, Mrs A Penda . Having ?I?O and the clue referring to "artist of major importance making comeback" its got to be good old Jack Miro . But how do you parse it ???

Just look backwards, making comeback. From ...major importance...

And the 'of major importance' is where you'll find him, rather than a comment on his status.
