Can't parse 19a:
Financial process (singular, not variable, internally) that makes some characters look bit (14).
Answer: capitalisation.
I can't work out what the stuff in brackets is meant to be doing (not that it matters, it seems superfluous, but it's annoying).

It is changing capitalization to capitalisation I think.

S (singular) for z (a variable)
