Good incorrect attempt.
It cannot be elba because B is one of the letter clues. There is no 4 letter word with the 3rd letter a B. I think that the clue is tablet which is a pill and there is a 6 letter word with B as the third letter and the first and last letter are the same.

I think stevie'sb answer offered tablet (elba reversed in TT
