Thanks for your patience folks.

We had a decent entry of 26 clues from 12 setters.

The voting resulted in a 3-way tie between steve#4, penda#6 and paul#9.

A tough decision to make but I slightly prefer penda's evocative acrostic over the other two.

Stiffen the elbows and don't yawn initially and wait for the gun (6)
