46 Toughie, a poser. Tug = Yank, with O, Oscar inside +Hie, old word for hurry.

38 Bantustan - it's tied in with 41 D (ie it's homeland), but I didn't fully parse - I was too busy solving!)

52 A. You've got an error, a fairly important one! The clue was 'Port...' - the answer is Santander.
