Thank you all but I still cannot parse clue 19. Eon is age but what does Colorado have to do with it?

I haven't checked - maybe Eon is the American/Colorado spelling, Aeon in English?

I think it may be a geological reference concerning the active working age (volcanic activity) and its end which left the core rocks and formations of Colorado. (Thanks to Wikipedia!)
