C? - W?I?E? Looks like it should be CO-WRITER; if so can see COWER for shrink but not the RIT bit

Hi Gooner, it's an abbreviation for Ritardando, which is a music direction meaning 'Slower'.

Rit is the abbreviation in music for ritardando, meaning slower.
