Stumped on the final word: 9. Dominatrix accessories all over new town (6). Have crossers _A_N_S.

I answered that earlier in the week - Cannes, town. Canes, with N, new, inside.

Sorry, that sounded rather brusque - I was doing two things at once! The canes are the 'dominatrix accessories'.
