Hi everyone

New to the forum so thank you for having me.

Not strictly a crossword, but a Christmas quiz with cryptic clues has stumped everyone I know. The full clue as written is:

I move in an easterly direction?

The answer has 10 letters (no spaces) and should be related in some way to Christmas. Any ideas please?

Can you give us details of the quiz - Who it is in aid of, how to get it, closing date etc please

I'm afraid I only received the question through a message from a friend.
