I have windows 10..and Edge.....and am constantly counting shop frontages, traffic lights and fire hydrants ...all of which I appear to be very bad at recognising, because then Catcha sends me yet more pictures with the admonishment to "Try again"!

Instead of counting sheep to help me sleep, I shall be counting traffic lights! ……..

Elle, it sounds as if I have been really lucky with my Edge experience. I have never had to do anything more than the Captcha, and am very relieved about this!

I do hope there isn't a limit on this...... perhaps by the time I reach my fiftieth failure, I will be banned from the forum!

P.S. I've had to count buses and shop fronts (again) just to send this!

I'm sorry you're proving to be such a failure - but I'm sure you're doing absolutely nothing wrong. You and the system appear to be incompatible! I've got Chrome on my computer, as well as Edge (my default browser) but seldom use it. When I heard of the problems people were having, I thought I might have to change to that, but it hasn't been necessary.

Perhaps it is my mission in life to be a failure at counting shop frontages...…

I find it a bit of a nuisance, but that's all it is.
I sympathise with those whose vision is not very good, for the photos are quite small and I have often to guess if I can see a palm tree or not.

Yes, it must be a nightmare for anyone visually impaired.
I do sympathise.
But I don' t have any such reason......my vision is fine, I cam count, and I can tell the difference between a fire hydrant and a bus...so why am I having so much trouble?!

I did not know what a fire hydrant looked like until this started.
There are no such things up here, that I am aware of.
