Unless I'm overthinking it and it means that baubles can be found on Christmas trees!

There's a Babul, an acacia tree, which has 5 of bauble's letters, but it'd only work if something in the clue gave us an E - then Bauble would be an anagram!

Rather than being the name of a tree is it not the tree it's hanging on as most baubles are reflective ?
