32 D - Perth isn't just in Australia! The women's group is very English.

For the penultimate word, I got 9 letters instead of 4 and 5, sunray. I've filled the grid but haven't got round to following what the message says yet. I think it's more than just two of what you say.

I had picked up two extra letters incorrectly. so now it is 8,6,9,6.

I am going to assume that the third letter is W for women in 32D.

First 5 letters mean dismal or dejected.

It is too bad that number of cells for the end game are not given.

You're right about 32d, sunray. The end game is all the unshaded cells.

I am being very thick... don't understand how to colour it in...?
