Firstly, 'Very good' ought to be followed by a comma, as it precedes a vocative.
Secondly, 'was' ought to be 'were'. An impossible condition in a main clause requires a subjunctive verb in the subordinate.
Your third error is simply one of fact.Being British, rather than American, I wear trousers, not 'pants'. Perhaps you meant 'underpants', which I of course wear underneath my trousers.
If you were to do likewise, rather than wearing yours on your head, the flow of blood thereto would be less restricted. This might render you capable of coherent thought, and, who knows, maybe even civility.
