Anyone know the answered and give an explanation thereof?
I thought 11d might be UNCROSS but don't know why.

Correction to 11d. There should be a question mark in the clue. i.e.

11Down: Dismantle? (7)

11 Undress- take the mantle, cloak,off!

21 Sower perhaps.

21a: sower
11d: undress

Are they meant to be cryptic as you've asked for an explanation?
I've answered them as straightforward synonyms.
