Hi Diablos, it definitely looks like GRIM (GRIMY minus the end of (obscenit)Y, but as for the definition - I'm at a complete loss.

I am thinking on the same lines as you but cannot work out why so it's many thanks brendan and I hope the weather is better where you are as it is pouring down here (Oxford) many thanks again.

The nearest I could get to stock was gravy but i still can't fully parse it.
