I, too am flummoxed by 13dn: Burn men's pick (6). I'm almost sure it's FLOWER but can't parse it at all. Perhaps a burn (stream) flows?
Also 5dn: Turn - - setter's star (3). I have S?N. Must be SUN but can't see why!!

Flower, of course, would tie in with today's theme.

I just figured out 12a. So Flower fits in 13d.
But parsing is not clear.

7d Revolted also gives a flower.
Assume England's is Tudor.

In 13D "men's" seems a bit redundant. Perhaps "men" would fit better.

13D Burn as in stream which flows, pick of men as in Flower of Scotland.
