Hi jolan - how are you keeping?

Hi Chrise

Was out all day after my post yesterday. I'm keeping very well Chris. Thank you very much for asking. I do hope you are 'in the pink' too.

I'm not doing too much in the Crossie line these days although I peek into the Forum every day. It's rare to find a nil-reply query these days. The expertise here is very very high.

Coming up to the first anniversary of our wedding later this month. Since remarrying my life has become very pleasurable and, since my Ruth is an excellent gardener (used to work for Percy Thrower) , my love of the garden has been reawakened. Our health is very good, thank God and I hardly feel my 81 years. My "child bride" is only 71 LOL.

I'll take this opportunity to say a happy "Hello" to all my friends on this site (too many to mention) and to wish them every happiness and health. Great to see you all as active in dealing with queries as ever.

Didn't know you'd got married again, good for you. Gardens are geat except when, like mine, they are being destroyed by moles and badgers. Luckily the deer can't get in. I hope you don't still cut your conifers!
