9a and 7d are causing much frustration. Mixing Louise, first sinister - suggests "leftie": but that ruins 6d which should be "home guard". 7d should be *t*e*i*i* and now I'm lost - having done well up to now!

9a is LOUCHE ( you omitted the "revolutionary" in the clue i.e. CHE)
6d is, as you say HOME GUARD
7d is ECCENTRIC
