Good Morning,

Would appreciate some expert advice please.

Second mouthpiece made high sound. (4) ?L?P

Obviously the last three letters are LIP (mouthpiece) but is the answer SLIP (by taking the S from the word second in the clue) or is it BLIP (with B being the second letter of the alphabet? )

Blip works better - it's a high/high-pitched sound and your B, second letter +Lip, mouthpiece is right.
