Enjoyed this puzzle but struggled with a few. Have answers to a few but can’t see how they parse. Help would be appreciated.

It's better to give the clues - not everyone has a copy.
49.Ok,one approval (or something similar in the clue) + Ay, is another.

Lo , up - Ol + Dirish ( conceivably rather dreadful)
