Just one I cannot work out: 15d: Change terms of contract finally, with organised schedule (9). I have T-A-S-A-E so it looks like "translate". Can anyone explain it to me please?

I had to check the meaning of slate and found an online dictionary which shows it as North American for schedule. New to me !

Thanks Cerasus. I'd got as far as "T". Should have spotted "RAN" but, like you, I'd never come across that meaning of "slate".
